I just got a query about downloading the JTP ringtones. Seems Bell Canada is not a choice. Are we to be snubbed? Now I know how the Brits feel. Curious to know how the availability works though. Is this a Bell decision? Management? Government blockade? I may have stumbled upon some plot.
